Ok, here is how Blood bingo is played.
Oh, and no blood has actually been shed but I do think there have been tears.

You get a group together, you try and find the best gift you can for the amount that is set. Ours is for around $5.00. We have to get 6 gifts so this is a reasonable amount. If you were playing with friends then you could go a lot more to get better gifts. The better the gift the more interesting the game is.

All gifts need to be wrapped and placed in the middle of the table where you are playing bingo.

Everyone starts with a fresh bingo card. When the first person gets bingo they get to choose and open a gift. At this time all the players who haven't gotten bingo keep playing, they don't clear their cards. The next person that gets bingo can either choose a new wrapped gift OR steal a gift from someone else. If the gift is good then this is where the blood and tears comes into play. Ha! The game ends when all the gifts have been opened. A gift can only be stolen three times then it's a dead gift. Pretty fun huh?

This year the best gift was an electric shock game. Of course only the guys were brave enough to play it more than once. Crazy. I have tried it before and getting shocked once was enough for me. Not a big fan of the shock therapy.

Surprising since I am half Canadian.
