Are bad days born first thing in the morning or made throughout the day?

Today is just one of those days were nothing seems to go right. The day starts off on a sour note and just doesn't get any better. It's only 9:30 in the morning and already I wish the day was over or at the very least I would like to crawl back into bed and have a nap until tomorrow.

I'm trying to turn it around. Hopefully by this evening I can say it turned out better than I thought and ended up being a great day.

Keeping my fingers crossed.
