2007-07-05 - 11:47 a.m. I can't believe it. We did our own thing yesterday. Scott did some yard work, I finished my book..that was an incredible treat...we went to lunch. I broke the news to my Mom before we went to lunch. She we giving me a serious guilt trip and her way sad voice but I didn't cave. We lazed around the house until dinner then went and watched the fireworks. It was so great! I did feel some guilt but it is so good to finally stand up for ourselves and do what we want to do instead of always doing what everyone else wants us to do. I feel free...if only for a moment until the next holiday. YIPEE!! | |
