Last night was heaven. It started with Scott rushing home to get ready for the evening. We thought we were early enough to miss the dinner rush. We were wrong, Red Lobster were so busy there wasn't even a place to park. We decided to just drive around until we found something. We passed this little out of the way Italian resturant. it didn't look like much but we thought we would give it a try.

It was wonderful. No waiting. We had some delicious crispy calamari for an appetizer then a wonderful spring salad with this creamy balsalmic vinegrette dressing. I then had a New York steak with garlic mashed potatoes and Scott had Pork medallions which turned out to be two giant pork chops. We then gobbled down chocolate cheesecake and spumoni for dessert. YUM!

After dinner we went to the ballet and saw Cinderella. It was pretty good. Not Lord of the Dance good but it was very nice. One of the lead men had on dark redish purple tights and they were very um.... x-rated. Scott an I laughed about that all night. You would think they would feel uncomfortable when they look in the mirror and see that you can totally see everything, or as Scott called it "frank and beans". The other men were not nearly as bad.

Who knew you could find humor at the ballet. Good times.
